Website, mobile application, and all related services

All communications and agreements shall be in English Language.
3. Eligibility
Our Services are available only to individuals who:

Can enter into legally binding agreements

4. Account Registration
Users must register using accurate and valid information
Only one account per user is allowed
Multiple accounts without permission may lead to suspension without notice

Suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activities
5. Wallet Funding & Deposit Procedures
All available payment methods are functional for wallet funding
Users must always copy the correct account number from their wallet before making payment
We use virtual account numbers, which may change
⚠️ Failure to follow funding instructions may result in loss of funds, and the Company will not be held responsible for such errors caused by user negligence.
6. Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Funds deposited into the wallet are non-refundable
No withdrawal to bank accounts is allowed (except where officially enabled)
Funds are to be used strictly within the platform
Users may:
Transfer funds internally (Wallet-to-Wallet)
7. Marketplace Terms (NEW SECTION)
7.1 Role of the Platform
AJ Unique TopUp acts only as an intermediary platform that connects buyers and sellers.
We do not own, sell, or control listed products
We do not guarantee product quality, delivery, or seller behavior
All transactions are strictly between buyers and sellers.
7.2 Buyer Responsibility
Buyers agree to:
Verify sellers before making payments
Inspect products before purchase where possible
Use safe and secure transaction methods
Avoid sending money to unverified sellers
7.3 Seller Responsibility
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate product descriptions
Deliver products/services as promised
Avoid listing illegal, fake, or prohibited items
Act honestly and responsibly
We reserve the right to:
Remove listings
Suspend or ban sellers
Report fraudulent activities
7.4 Prohibited Activities
Users must NOT:
Sell stolen or illegal goods
Post misleading or false information
Engage in fraud or scams
Abuse or exploit other users
Violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
7.5 Transactions & Risk Notice
All Marketplace transactions are done at the user’s own discretion and risk
The Company is not liable for:
Loss of money
Fraudulent sellers or buyers
Product quality issues
Delivery failures
7.6 Disputes
The platform may assist in communication between users
However, we are not obligated to resolve disputes
Final responsibility lies with the buyer and seller involved
8. Disclaimer
AJ Unique TopUp operates as an affiliate-based platform connected to a Host Platform.
We do not directly control all financial operations
We do not hold user funds directly
We earn based on platform usage and transactions
In the event of:
Failed transactions
Missing funds
Users should contact support, and cases may be escalated to the Host Platform for resolution.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AJ Unique TopUp shall not be held liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss
Financial damages
Loss arising from user negligence
Marketplace-related disputes
10. Security
Users are responsible for:
Keeping login details secure
Not sharing account access
We are not responsible for losses due to:
Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts
Remove access to services
If users:
Violate these Terms
Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity
