This is a service / maintenance fee paid by our Resellers after getting their vtu website/app , the fee was put in place for a reasonable purpose which is to help in user order transaction.
Normally, to operate a vtu platform one must fund his/her API wallet to allow the users make transaction, and the funding continues as long as the app or website is created, which implies the more users you have , the more money you need to fund on your API wallet, then addition the cost of owing a vtu website or app and other management fees
But here, we allow you to create a free vtu website/app and run it without funding your API wallet, we only require a token upgrade / maintenance fee ( one-time payment) after creating your website/app to keep it running .
