1. Definition
Sac bot is an instant app/website building platform designed to be used in designing different kind of website or/and andriod applications.
2. AGREEMENT
This Terms and conditions of Use ("Agreement") is an agreement between you and Sac Bot administration.
By accessing and/or using the platform, you agree to this Terms and Conditions
3. OUR PRICING
By using this platform, you agree to prices we set on all services we render on our application or website.
We reserve the right to revise our prices. In the event that we revise our prices we will notify you within two hours of such change.
4. TERMINATION
A. Sac bot has the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any suspicious or fraudulent activity in connection with use of our platform.
These also include offering a stolen airtime recharge on our airtime to cash service.
B. Without limiting other remedies, we may issue a warning, suspension or termination of your login access and we will refuse to provide our services to you.
5. CHARGES
A. You accept to incur any bank charges for using automatic/manual funding.
B. To fund your dashboard wallet, you agree to use the either of the payment method which we provided on the platform
6. SECURITY
A. Sac bot will always send transaction information, pin reset link to your registered email account. Meanwhile, do not share your password or pin to a third party for we cannot be held responsible in a case you noticed a third party login to your account.
B. You will accept our permissions to add your number on our WhatsApp group on which you retain the rights to exit any time.
C. You can not make any monetry transaction to any other bank account details outside the one on the platform both for manual or automatic fundings.
7. DORMANT ACCOUNT.
An account is described as been dormant if and only if after a period of five consecutives month no other transaction was recorded to the previous transactions or after the date of signup
A. You accept that SAC BOT administration has the right to terminate or deny access to any dormant account.
B. If the owner wish to retain the account, a charge of NGN 500.00 will be paid to the account of SAC BOT on the App/website for reclaim of account.
