MobiSwift Recharge reserves the right to suspend any account with irregular funds from a source account that does not match the user's personal information. Additionally, MobiSwift Recharge reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities.
Legal Identity
MobiSwift Recharge requires every user to use their legal name for proper identification. This should be your full registered name or business name, supported by appropriate evidence. Failure to comply may result in the suspension of your account.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify MobiSwift Recharge and agree to keep MobiSwift Recharge, its staff, and affiliates indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising from any breach by you of these Terms or from any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms.
Referral Programme
Our referral programme is designed to reward users for their recruitment efforts within our organisation. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Each successful referral earns the referrer ₦50 when the referred user makes their first deposit.
• Users must use their referral code to recruit new users and earn the referral bonus.
• Users should focus on educating others about the programme.
• Users are permitted to create only one account. Any additional accounts will be suspended, with or without the user's consent.
• Users must not engage in financial transactions to recruit new down-liners or exploit the referral programme for personal gain. Such actions are considered fraudulent, and MobiSwift Recharge reserves the right to suspend the user's account and forfeit any funds.
• Transfers of funds from a referred user to a referrer are deemed fraudulent, as they suggest financial aid or an attempt to reclaim money. This violates the referral policy.
• Only regular personal email addresses are accepted for this programme. Other types of emails will be suspended without a refund.

What Not to Do
1. Do not be financially involved:

• Transferring funds between the referrer's wallet and the referred wallet, or vice versa, is prohibited.
• Referral bonuses must not be transferred between accounts. Accumulate them and use them within the wallet.
2. Account Creation:
• Creating multiple accounts is against our policy. You are permitted only one account. If you require a second account, please contact our customer care line for approval.
3. Legal Name Requirement:
• You are required to use your legal name. You may be asked to provide identification for verification at any time.
Dispense Error/Cashback Rule
• Contact Us First: You are required to contact us before requesting a cashback. Do not request a cashback if the payment was successful or without contacting us for solutions.
• Withholding Funds and Account Suspension: We reserve the right to withhold your funds and suspend your account if a dispense error or cashback request is made without our notice and approval.
• Fraudulent Acts: MobiSwift Recharge considers requesting a refund through cashback/dispensed error report after receiving 100% of the service, or seeking a refund when the deposit was successful and added to your MobiSwift Recharge balance, as a fraudulent act. This offense is taken very seriously, and your account will be suspended indefinitely without refunds.
Agreement to our Terms
By creating an account and utilizing our website or app for transactions, you agree to the terms and policies governing MobiSwift Recharge and your account with us.
Breaches of these Terms
Without prejudice to any other rights MobiSwift Recharge may have under these Terms, if you breach any of these Terms, MobiSwift Recharge may take appropriate action to address the breach.
