  • Digital subscriptions.

Users must ensure accurate information when making transactions.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security.
  • Keeping login credentials confidential.
  • All activities under their account. 

3. Payments & Wallet.

  • All wallet funding is used for service purchases.
  • Transactions are processed instantly where possible.
  • Failed transactions may be reversed based on provider confirmation.

4. Referral Program

PAYPOINT VTU may offer a referral reward system. Rewards are:

  • Based on eligible platform activity
  • Subject to change or suspension
  • Not guaranteed income or salary

5. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

  • Abuse or manipulate the system.
  • Use false identities.
  • Attempt fraud or reverse engineering
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or external provider issues may affect availability. However, all unresolved transactions during downtime will be settled, delivered or reversed seamlessly.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Financial loss due to incorrect user input

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.
