PAYQUICK VTU aims to ensure smooth and accurate service delivery.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be processed when:

  • A transaction failed, but the wallet was debited.
  • The service provider does not fulfill the request.
  • Duplicate transactions occur.


2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Successful airtime/data delivery.
  • Incorrect phone numbers provided by user.
  • Completed bill payments.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take:
24-72 hours depending on provider confirmation.

4. Wallet Reversal

Where possible, failed transactions may be automatically reversed into the user's wallet.
