At VTechPay, we strive to provide the best service and customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds are available for purchases under the following conditions:


- Subscription-based Services: If you cancel a subscription within 7 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day period, no refund will be issued.

- One-time Payments: For one-time transactions, a refund can be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the service has not been fully used or completed.

- Non-refundable Products/Services: Some products or services may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Please review the product description and terms before making a purchase.


2. How to Request a Refund

- Reason for refund

3. Processing Refunds

- If the service has been fully utilized or delivered.
